Baliuag University continues to advance its commitment to academic excellence and digital innovation through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Wiley for the subscription to Wiley Digital Textbooks on October 28, 2025. This partnership represents a significant enhancement of the University's library resources, providing students, faculty and researchers with expanded access to world-class digital learning materials.

As one of the world's leading academic publishers, Wiley offers an extensive collection of authoritative and up-to-date digital textbooks across various disciplines, including business, health sciences, engineering, education, information technology, and the social sciences. Through this new subscription, the Baliuag University community will benefit from convenient, anytime-anywhere access to essential academic content that supports classroom instruction, independent learning and research activities.

The partnership reflects the University's vision of fostering a dynamic and technology-enabled learning environment. By integrating Wiley Digital Textbooks into its growing collection of electronic resources, the Baliuag University Library, Archives and Museum (BULAM) is further empowering learners and educators with reliable, accessible and high-quality academic materials. 

This latest acquisition complements the Library's existing suite of electronic resources that have long supported the University's academic programs. These include INFOTRAC, which provides access to a wide range of scholarly journal and electronic books; CD Asia Online, a premier source of Philippine legal, legislative and jurisprudential information; and the LIT Digital Library, which offers a rich collection of books, journals, and research resources for teaching and learning. Together, these platforms provide a comprehensive digital research environment that caters to the diverse information needs of the University community.
