by James Victor Santiago

Baliuag University took part in the G Summit 2026, hosted by Globe Business in Manila, Philippines on August 5, 2026. The university was represented by Admissions & Marketing Services Office (AMSO) Director Archie Carlo U. Cruz, along with Gian Carlo Espayos, Johanna Lois Aquino, and Cherise Ann Bartolome.

The summit gathered more than 1,000 professionals, business executives, and digital specialists to explore advancements in technology. Globe Business Vice President Glenn Estrella spoke on how companies can strengthen digital transformation efforts to build more resilient, advanced ecosystems.

For the BU delegation, Estrella's insights on network virtualization, API integration, and strategic technology investment resonated closely with the university's own drive for innovation in education, research, and institutional services. His remarks underscored how institutions can become more adaptable, connected, and future-ready — themes that align directly with BU's ongoing efforts to strengthen its systems and services.

Baliuag University's attendance at G Summit 2026 reflects its continued commitment to innovation and improvement. Drawing from the discussions, the university is looking to revisit existing systems, update internal procedures, and work toward more stable, high-quality operations — reinforcing its broader dedication to delivering excellent educational services.
