Beijing, China – April 26, 2025 — Baliuag University (BU) marked a historic milestone with the launch of its first China Alumni Chapter and the induction of its founding officers in Beijing. The ceremony brought together alumni from across China, BU representatives, and special guests, celebrating a new chapter in global alumni engagement.

The newly formed chapter is led by graduates of BU’s Educational Management (EdD) and Business Administration (DBA) programs, including President Li Lin and Vice President Zhu Haitian, among other officers. They pledged to uphold BU’s mission and foster a strong, supportive network for alumni in China.

BU President Patricia B. Lagunda praised the chapter's launch as a significant step in expanding BU’s global footprint, noting the accomplishments of alumni now leading in their respective fields. She emphasized the chapter’s role in strengthening ties between BU and its international graduates.

In his remarks, President Li Lin expressed a shared vision of collaboration, innovation, and deeper academic and cultural ties with China. The BU China Alumni Chapter now serves as a model for future international chapters, paving the way for a worldwide BU alumni network that connects and empowers graduates beyond borders.
