Baliuag University continues to strengthen its global presence through meaningful international collaborations and partnerships.

 

Representing the university, President Dr. Patricia B. Lagunda joined the HLU (Hanseatic League of Universities) Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing during the 2026 Annual Conference and WURI Global Rankings Ceremony held at National Chi Nan University (NCNU) in Taiwan.

 

The multilateral agreement highlights the shared commitment of participating universities to foster academic cooperation, research collaboration, innovation, faculty and student exchange, and global engagement among institutions worldwide.

 

In addition, Dr. Lagunda also signed a separate Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with National Chi Nan University (NCNU), further strengthening Baliuag University’s international academic linkages and opening new opportunities for collaborative programs and partnerships.

 

 

This milestone reflects Baliuag University’s continuing pursuit of excellence, internationalization, and globally connected education for the benefit of its academic community.
