Baliuag University through its University President Dr. Patricia B. Lagunda, formalized another international collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with fellow member universities of the Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP) during the 1st AUAP–WURI Summit in Bangkok. 

The MOA signing signifies Baliuag University's commitment to expanding global academic partnerships, promoting collaborative research, faculty and student exchanges, and advancing innovative educational initiatives. Through this milestone, the University continues to strengthen its international presence while fostering cooperation with higher education institutions across the Asia-Pacific region in pursuit of academic excellence and sustainable development.
