We proudly congratulate the Baliuag University (BU) research team, led by the College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA), on their collaborative research achievement.
The research team is composed of Dr. Rolando R. Calma, Dean of the CBAA; Dr. Percival B. Salise, a BU alumnus; Ms. Aira Mae M. Salamatin, Career and Counseling Officer of the Center for Career, Counseling, Inclusion & Well-being; Dr. Sammy Isidro P. Pagaduan, a faculty member of the CBAA; and Ms. Michele G. Mendoza, Program Chair of the Tourism Management Department under the CHMT.
Their research paper, “Motivation to Stay, Job Satisfaction, and Workplace Challenges Among Regular Employees Amidst the Privatization of Government-Owned Casinos,” has been published in the International Journal of Multidisciplinary: Applied Business and Education Research, Volume 7, No. 5 (E-ISSN: 2774-5368).
