We proudly congratulate the Baliuag University (BU) research team, led by College of Business Administration and Accountancy (CBAA) Dean Dr. Ronaldo R. Calma, with main presenters Ms. Michele G. Mendoza, Program Chair of the Tourism Management Department, and Mr. Mario Alex S.J. Clarin, Program Chair of Business Administration, along with Dr. Joseph O. Cipriano, a BU alumnus.

Their paper, “Tourism’s Impact on Socio-Economic Development: Perspectives of Residents and Business Owners,” won Best Research Presentation at the 20th Global Business Conference of the Association of Training Institutions for Foreign Trade in Asia and the Pacific (ATIFTAP) held on March 21, 2026, in Manila, Philippines.
