WHAT WE COLLECT. We collect basic information about you by asking for your name, company, school or organization, purpose of your visit and requiring you to present proof of identity (ID) for verification purposes. When deemed necessary, we may provide you with a Temporary or Visitor’s ID to gain entrance into our campus. We may manually record the time you come in and the time you exit our premises.
WHY WE COLLECT DATA. While we collect the data primarily as a security measure, it also helps us investigate reported violations of our rules and regulations as well as other applicable laws, and generate statistics useful for our planning and service improvement processes.
HOW WE USE, STORE AND RETAIN DATA. Your data is stored in our office under strict security controls and protocol and are only accessible by authorized employees and security personnel. We dispose of the physical and electronic data after two (2) years from the date of collection unless required by law to retain them for a longer period. We DO NOT transfer or share your personal data with other persons or organizations unless required or permitted by law.
