Be the Best U can be! Successful Alumni Stories

When I think of Baliuag University, one thing comes to mind and that is, QUALITY EDUCATION.

I can look back to my college days in Nursing with pride of how much we learned from our mentors on how to become caring, committed, competent and prudent nurses and professionals. I may not be at the bedside giving direct care to patients, but, I can proudly say that just like what my former professors taught me, I am continuously striving hard to become an instrument in developing students who will take good care of our patients. The success of my students always makes me more motivated to continue what I am doing. The encouragement and support of my mentors and colleagues in BU never fail to increase my enthusiasm to do what I do best. My current role as an administrator in the College of Nursing reflects the way in which I was trained by Dean Elizabeth R. Roxas when I was still in BU. I will never forget the principles, concepts and values of leadership and management that I was able to practice under her tutelage.”

I cannot express how much gratitude I owe Baliuag University for giving me the foundation on how to become a good nurse and a competent nurse educator. One thing is sure, once you are a graduate of BU, you will make a mark wherever you go. Kaya nga di ba, basta BU, magaling!
