Be the Best U can be! Successful Alumni Stories

Baliuag University’s full scholarship grant (DSSR-CASSF) gave me the opportunity to discover my abilities and inculcated my passion for civil engineering. During my college days in BU, it supported me in various regional and national mathematics/civil engineering quizzes and competitions, which motivated me to be the best I can be. Eventually, I landed as Top 10 in the 2015 Civil Engineering Board Examination. Having been inspired by my esteemed and experienced professors to pursue further knowledge, be it through seminars, workshops, certifications, I took up graduate studies and finished my MS in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical) at the University of the Philippines.

BU molded me to be more flexible, innovative, efficient, and capable of sharing my knowledge as a part-time instructor and of forming research collaborations with experts in the academe and the construction industry.
