Anak ng Ka-BU (Alumni Discount)
Children of Baliuag University alumni who are enrolling in the University for the first time, at any academic level for Basic Education to College levels may be granted a one-time 20% tuition discount under the “Anak ng Ka-BU” Financial Aid Program.
Requirements:
Applicants must submit the following to qualify:
· Proof* of alumni status of the parent (photocopy of diploma or any proof of being a BU graduate in any of the following levels: Grade 6, High School, College, or Graduate School).
*This will be subject to verification by the University based on its records.
· Proof of relationship to the alumnus/alumna (e.g., birth certificate or equivalent legal document)
· Duly accomplished application form (to be secured from the Office of the Registrar or Scholarship Office)
General Provisions
· The discount shall be available to qualified students, whether entering as freshmen or transferees, and regardless of the academic term of their first enrollment in the University.
· The discount shall not be combined with, nor applied concurrently with, any other financial aid, scholarship, or grant administered by the University.
· The discount is applicable for one term only and shall be granted upon initial enrollment.
· The benefit applies only to tuition fees and does not extend to miscellaneous or other school fees.

| The Baliuag University Loyalty Program is an incentive program designed to encourage loyal students and/or graduates of the school to continue their studies in the institution. The program is open to all incoming Elementary, Junior and Senior High School, Technical-Vocational, College, Graduate and Juris Doctor students of the Baliuag University who completed certain levels of education in the University. | ||||||||

| This incentive program is renewable annually for Elementary to 1st year College every term (trimester) for 2nd year to 3rd/4th year College and every semester for Law stuents as long as eligibility requirements are met and maintained. | ||||||||

| For Basic Education, Junior High School, Senior High School, School of Technical Courses Students: | ||||||||
| To be eligible for the Loyalty Incentive Program, one must be a graduate or must have completed the required number of years per level. | ||||||||
| To maintain this incentive, one must not have any failing grade in any subject and/or must maintain a passing grade in all subjects. | ||||||||
| One must not have any outstanding balance in his/her account. | ||||||||
| It is also important that one must not be subjected to any disciplinary action while studying in the University.* | ||||||||
| For College Students: | ||||||||
| To be eligible for the Loyalty Incentive Program, one must be a graduate or must have completed the required number of years per level. | ||||||||

| One must not drop any subject / course during the school year term (trimester) and no grade of X (no final examination) | ||||||||

| To be eligible for the Loyalty Incentive Program, a graduate student must have studied from 1st year to 4th or 5th year and earned an undergraduate college degree from Baliuag University. | ||||||||
| This incentive program does not apply to re-enrolled courses. | ||||||||
| One must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 units in a given term except during the last term of stay in the University. | ||||||||
| To maintain this financial assistance, one must have a grade of not less than 1.75 in any subject. | ||||||||
| One must not drop any subject during the school year or semester. | ||||||||
| One must complete the program within the prescribed period. | ||||||||
| One must not have any outstanding balance in his/her account. | ||||||||
| It is also important that one must not be subjected to any disciplinary action while studying in the University*. | ||||||||
| For Juris Doctor/ Law Students: | ||||||||
| To be eligible for the Loyalty Incentive Program, a Juris Doctor/ Law student must have earned a college degree (excluding 2-year associate gree program) from Baliuag University. | ||||||||
| One must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 units in a given term except during the last term of stay in the University. | ||||||||
| To maintain this financial assistance, one must have a grade of not less than 1.75 in any subject. | ||||||||
| One must not drop any subject during the school year or semester. | ||||||||
| One must complete the program within the prescribed period. | ||||||||

| Applications, together with all relevant supporting documents, must be submitted on or before July 15 (no later than 5:00 pm from Mondays to Saturdays) to the Office of the Registrar. | ||||||||
| Awarding of scholarships shall be announced on a specified date. | ||||||||
| Forms are available at the Office of the Registrar. | ||||||||
| Important Notes: | ||||||||
| Availability of scholarship grants / financial assistance are upon the discretion of the University Administration. | ||||||||
| The University Administration reserves the right to review and revise the terms of this financial assistance / scholarship program. | ||||||||
| If qualified for two (2) or more scholarships/ financial assistance grants, a student can only avail of one (1) grant of his or her own choosing. | ||||||||
