BU Sports Development Office

The sports development office of the university is responsible for generating interest and increase participation of all community members in sports by promoting initiatives that inspire people to take part. The office is also dedicated to plan and organize sports activities that promotes camaraderie, healthy lifestyle and enhance physical fitness among students and employees.

Our Goals

• Develop the fullest potential of athletes who will represent the university in different competitions
• Promote overall health awareness among members of the university through recreational and sports activities
• Promote character development activities and programs for university student-athletes
• Circulate university sports undertakings

• Recruitment and selection of qualified varsity players
• Facilitate sports training program among student-athletes
• Facilitate scholarship program for qualified student-athletes
• Provide assistance to the different Colleges/Units during their athletic competition
• Provision of sports equipment to students and employees
• Provide assistance to student organizations in their respective sports activities.

BU Cultural Arts Unit

The BU Cultural Unit is designed to promote awareness and appreciation in the arts through musical and dance performances. It is committed to strengthen the development of Filipino Cultural Heritage.
