To maintain the scholarship, one must not drop any subject during the school year or trimester and maintain an average grade of 1.75-1.0, with no grade lower than 2.50.
One must not be subjected to any disciplinary action while studying in the University.

Conditions for students with ESC and QVR vouchers:

ESC Junior High School completers who are beneficiaries of the Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP) may use their vouchers for the payment of their other school fees.

To maintain the scholarship, one must have a grade of not less than 1.75 in any course. One must not drop any subject during the school year or semester.
The scholarship does not apply to re-enrolled courses.
Transferees from other graduate programs from other schools are not eligible for this scholarship program.
One must not have any outstanding balance in his/her account.

This scholarship is given every year to a limited number of qualified students.

Benefits vary for children enrolled in Grade School (K-6) and Junior (Grades 7-10) and Senior High School (Grades 11-12).

The Baliuag University Loyalty Program is an incentive program designed to encourage loyal students and/or graduates of the school to continue their studies in the institution. The program is open to all incoming elementary, junior, and senior high school, technical-vocational, college, and graduate students of the Baliuag University who completed certain levels of education in the University.

Tuition fee discounts are given to students of Baliuag University based on the levels they have completed at Baliuag University.
