GINTONG ANI                 

Beneficiaries

The Baliuag University GINTONG ANI Scholarship is open to all incoming college freshmen who graduated with honors (see table below) from any public or DepED recognized private senior high school.

Benefits

The GINTONG ANI Scholarship provides 50% to 100% discounts on tuition and certain miscellaneous fees. 
This scholarship is renewable every term (trimester) as long as eligibility requirements are met and  maintained.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a Gintong Ani Scholarship, one must be an eligible honor graduate from the secondary school last attended. (See table above)
One must maintain a full-time enrolment and carry a full load (no less than 15 units with laboratory) during the trimester.  
To maintain the scholarship, one must not drop any subject during the school year or trimester and maintain an average grade of 1.75-1.0, with no grade lower than 2.50 and no grade of X (no final examination).
One must not be subjected to any disciplinary action while studying in the University.***
One must not have any outstanding balance in his/her account.

BINHI

  *  Baliuag University shall abide by DepEd Order No. 46 s. 2015 entitled Detailed Guidelines on the Implementation of the Senior High School (SHS) Voucher Program.

  To be eligible for this scholarship in Grade 12, one must not have any grade lower than 80  in any subject during the previous school year and must have a final average grade of 89  or above.

  The Baliuag University SIBOL Scholarship is open to all incoming Grade 11 students who ranked among Junior High School or Grade 10 completers  from any DepED  recognized private secondary schools. (See table below.)

  Conditions for students with ESC and QVR vouchers:    
  ** The SIBOL scholarship will cover the balance of tuition fees over and above the DepED Senior High School (SHS) voucher entitled to the student. Hence, the discount on tuItion fees only applies after deducting the QVR or ESC voucher amount.
  ESC Junior High School completers who are  beneficiaries of the Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP) may use their vouchers for the payment of their other school fees. *
  Non ESC JHS completers who become "qualified voucher recipients" and are issued a "QVR certificate"  under the SHS VP may also use their vouchers for the payment of their other school fees. *

Benefits          
  Harvest scholars are entitled to 40%  to 60% discount on tuition fee annually.  
  This scholarship is renewable annually as long as eligibility requirements are met maintained.

  One must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 units in a given term (semester) except during the last semester of stay in the University.
  To maintain the scholarship, one must have a grade of not less than 1.75 in any course.
  One must not drop any subject during the school year or semester and no grade of X (no final examination)  
  The scholarship does not apply to re-enrolled courses.  
  Transferees from other graduate programs from other schools are not eligible for this scholarship program. 
  One must not have any outstanding balance in his/her account.  
  It is also important that one must not be subjected to any disciplinary action while studying in the University**.

DEAN's SCHOLARSHIP

Beneficiaries        
  The Baliuag University Dean's Scholarship is given to a limited number of qualified college students with one (1) term (trimester) residence in Baliuag University. 
             
Benefits          
  Dean's scholars are entilted to 50% or 100% discount on tuition fee for the following school year.
  This scholarship is given every school year to a limited number of qualified students.

    1.60 - 1.21 50%  
             
   * Final average rating includes:  grades / GPA (inclusive terms) and the result of interviews of all Deans of Colleges  
             
Eligibility          
  To be eligible to become a Dean's Scholar,  one  must have completed one (1) year residency equivalent to (3) consecutive terms (trimesters) in Baliuag University.
  One must apply for the Dean's Scholarship and pass the screening and interview by the Scholarship Committee.
  Upon application, one's grades from the previous school year immediately following the school year of application should be as follows:
    *  no W or X in any subject      
    *  GWA of at least 1.60      
    *  no grade lower than 2.25      
  Applicants taking up a second course are not eligible to this program.
             
Maintaining the Scholarship        
  To maintain the scholarship, one's grades during any term should be as follows:
    *  no W or X in any subject      
    *  an average of at least 1.60      
    *  no grade lower than 2.25

LOYALTY PROGRAM

Beneficiaries          
    The Baliuag University Loyalty Program is an incentive program designed to encourage loyal students and/or graduates of the school to continue their studies in the institution. The program is open to all incoming elementary, junior and senior high school, technical-vocational, college, and  graduate students of the Baliuag University who completed certain levels of  education in the University.
               
Benefits          
    Tuition fee discounts are given to students of Baliuag University based on the levels they have completed at Baliuag University.
    This incentive program is renewable annually for Elementary  to 1st year College and every term (trimester) for 2nd year to 3rd/4th year College as long as eligibility requirements are met and maintained.

    To maintain this incentive, one must not have any failing grade in any subject and/or must maintain a passing grade in all subjects.
    One must not have any outstanding balance in his/her account.    
    It is also important that one must not be subjected to any disciplinary action while studying in the University.*
  For College Students:          
    To be eligible for the Loyalty Incentive Program, one must be a graduate or must have completed the required number of years per level.
