Enrollment Procedure for New Student S.Y. 2020-2021

BASIC EDUCATION (Kindergarten, Grade 1 and Grade 7)

ONLINE

  1. Apply online, visit baliuagu.edu.ph/onlineapplication
  2. Receive an email from the Principal’s/Dean’s Office with the following info: Requirements to be submitted and Enrollment steps.
  3. The student/parent will reply with the enrollment requirements. Once payment is done, email the following to payment@baliuagu.edu.ph using the format:

  1. Student will receive an email from the Principal’s Office with his enrollment status and Campus Cloud access credentials.

IN-CAMPUS

  1. Enrollee will submit his requirements to the Basic Education Office and fill out Admission forms.
  2. Proceed to the Office of the Registrar for the printing of registration form.
  3. Pay the tuition fee at the Finance Office.
  4. Student will receive an email from the Principal’s Office with his enrollment status and Campus Cloud access credentials.

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE

ONLINE

  1. Apply online, visit baliuagu.edu.ph/onlineapplication
  2. Receive an email from the Principal’s/Dean’s Office with his Student No., Registration Form, Assessed Fees and Enrollment steps.
  3. Pay the tuition fee thru various BU payment facilities found at baliuagu.edu.ph/onlinepayment

Once payment is done, email the following to payment@baliuagu.edu.ph using the format:

  1. Student will receive an email from the Principal/Dean’s Office with his enrollment status and Canvas access credentials.

IN-CAMPUS

  1. Apply/confirm application at the Admissions Office.
  2. Proceed to the Principal’s Office (SHS) / Enrollment hub (College) for subject enlistment.
  3. Proceed to the Office of the Registrar for the assessment of fees (For College only)
  4. Pay the tuition fee at the Finance Office.
  5. Return to the Office of the Registrar for the printed Registration form (For College only).
  6. Student will receive an email an with his enrollment status and Canvas  access credentials.

GRADUATE STUDIES

ONLINE

  1. Email admissions@baliuagu.edu.ph with the following details and attachments.

  2. Pay the tuition fee thru various BU payment facilities found at baliuagu.edu.ph/onlinepayment

Once payment is done, email the following to payment@baliuagu.edu.ph using the format:

  1. Apply  at the Dean’s Office School of Graduate Studies.
  2. Proceed to the Admissions Office with the “Ok for Enrollment” slip. Submit the requirements and fill out the enrollment forms.
  3. Proceed to the Dean’s Office for subject enlistment.
  4. Proceed to the Office of the Registrar for the assessment of fees.
  5. Pay the tuition fee at the Finance Office.
  6. Student will receive an email an with his enrollment status and Canvas  access credentials.
