Elementary Department (Old Pupils)

- Fill-up the application form for enrolment and ID form
- Return the application form for enrolment and ID form for approval.
- Wait for the printed copy of registration form and assessment of fees.
- Secure the Bookstore Order Form for books and materials needed for the School Year 2007-2008

- Present your approved application form for enrolment and registration form and pay the required down payment. Get your Registration form’s Student Copy duly stamped with “ENROLLED” which serves as your admission slip in your respective classes.

- Kindergarten
- The child should be 5 years old and in good health

- Grade 1
- The child should be 6 to 7 years old and in good health

- Transferees
Transferees from other schools should submit their Form 138 (Report Card) certified by the Principal of the school previously attended and a certificate of good moral character.

WITHDRAWALS
Official notification from parents should be submitted to the Principal’s Office on or before the last day of class attendance of the pupil concerned for the proper fee to be collected from the pupil. The pupils’ record will not be released if he fails to comply with this requirement.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Tuition and other fees are posted at the Principal’s Office prior to and during the enrolment period.
All fees must be paid at the Finance Office
REFUND OF FEES AND EXTRA CHARGES
The following rules govern the refund of fees to any pupil who drops out whether or not he has attended classes:
- The fees for entrance, registration, identification card and other miscellaneous expenses are not refundable.
- If the pupil pays in full all the charges upon enrolment,
- 50% of refundable fees will be refunded if he drops out after the first week from the start of the classes or at any time within the first semester.
- No refund will be given if he drops out any time after the first semester.
- If the pupil pays the school fees on installment basis and drops out at any time
- After the first week of classes or any time within the first semester, he has to pay the amount of installments due him for the whole school year.
