Association of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing (ADPCN)
It is a non-stock, non-profit organization with the Deans of different Colleges of Nursing as members. As an association, it envisioned itself as innovative, competent and empowered in leading institutions achieve excellence in nursing education for national and global development.
Its mission is to develop transformational leadership and strengthen management competence among deans and faculty; to advocate faithful adherence to the ethico-legal-moral standards of the nursing profession and to the ADPCN Code of Ethics; provide services through continuos improvements in the nursing curriculum, instructional strategies, research capabilities; and to create conductive cultural and collegial relationships among deans, faculty and students
Association of Southeast Asian Institution of Higher Learning (ASAIHL)
It is a non-governmental organization which assists member institutions to strengthen themselves through mutual self-help and to achieve international distinction in teaching, research and public service. In so doing, the institutions contribute strength to their respective nations and to the entire region. Specifically, the Association exists to foster the development of the institutions themselves, the cultivation of a sense of regional identity and interdependence and liaison with other regional and international organizations concerned with research and teaching.
Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)
This is an affiliate of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), and is the recognized leading organization that represents the business and employer sectors in the Province of Bulacan. There are about 200 member companies/organizations comprising the Chamber. The Chamber holds office at the Hiyas ng Bulacan, Provincial Capitol Compound, Malolos, Bulacan.
Bulacan Private Schools Association (BULPRISA)
The Bulacan Private Schools Association, popularly known as the BULPRISA is an association of private schools in Bulacan which spearheads competitions both for academic and non-academic events. The association aims to develop the students holistically.
Bulacan Provincial Technical Education and Skills Development Committee (PTESDC)
This is the committee that among others, orchestrates and steers all skills development activities towards meeting the economic development goals in the province; identifies TVET priority areas based on the needs of the Province of Bulacan; provides policy recommendations to the TESDA Board and other appropriate bodies; and reviews and approves the TVET Skills and Investment Priorities of the province.

It is composed of state colleges and universities in Region 3 and other concerned agencies in the area which was established to address research and development (R&D) needs of the industry and energy sectors in the region.
Central Luzon Library Association (CLLA)
This is a regional association of libraries and librarians in Central Luzon. These libraries are located in the provinces of Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, Tarlac, Zambales, Aurora, etc. It aims to provide a forum for all librarians in academic, school, public, and special libraries for the development of library and information services and the promotion of professional library education in the region. The office is based in Baliuag University, Baliuag, Bulacan.
Coordinating Council of Private Educational Association (COCOPEA)
This organization strengthens teaching competencies at the basic and tertiary education levels and has been equipping teachers with subject matter expertise, the ability to understand, motivate and inspire learners. It also provides solid knowledge of the varying contexts of the teaching-learning processes.

Philippines Association of Teachers of Library and Information Science (PATLS)
This is a national association of teachers of Library and Information Science all over the country. It aims to improve and globalize the library and information science education in the Philippines. It also serves as a forum for all library educators who handle the instruction of LIS subjects in the Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) and the Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) in both private and state-owned colleges and universities. The office is located in Rm. 301, The National Library, Manila.
Philippine Association of Technological Association Incorporation (PATE)
This is an organization of institutions in technology education specifically Engineering schools in the Philippines with its Dean or Head as school’s representative in the Association. It serves as a linkage to every member of the association for the improvement of teaching strategies, research, and development of technology courses in the country. It also promotes the discussion of issues related to the association and technology education in the Philippines through conventions and meetings.
